A fresh start!


So, I'm extremely happy with the way I have been eating lately. I told myself I was only going to drink water, tea, & juice. The occasional coffee. No sodas! I have yet to pick up a dr. pepper, or even a diet coke. I'm very proud of myself. Also, I plan to eat a little healthier. I bought a few lean cuisines for my meals. I'm cutting back on the tremendous amount of calories I used to consume. I also plan to work out either before I go to bed or when I wake up but I have yet to begin that because I have a cold. Having a cold and working out do not go great together. I can barely breathe as it is. So, I will wait until I am better before beginning my workout routine. I can't wait though! I have already began to see results. My little miniature belly has disappeared to a flat surface. If only I can carve a few abs there soon. ;)

Off to a great start!


Hey! It's a good start to the New Year! I'm drinking water! I only had one soda today and it was a diet pepsi. I'm very proud of myself so far. Oh and I'm updating this here bloggy thing. So two things accomplished! Hopefully I can keep it up.

My New Years Resolution

I have a lot of different resolutions and hopefully I will conquer them like a ninja!

  1. Cut back on sodas. Drink tons of water a day. If possible I want to tote around a bottle of water and drink drink drink! Maybe one DIET soda a day? If that! Along with drinking tons of water, I want to start working out either before bed or when I wake up in the morning. Knowing me, it will be before bed because I am not a morning person.
  2. Start updating my blog daily. I am lacking in that area and I think the main reason for that is because I only have 12 followers. haha. I wish all my subscribers would come follow me. ;)
  3. Making more youtube videos. I went from making 1-2 a day to one a week. It's just hard to get inspired and finding the time as well.
  4. Grow my hair out! I know I can't really control that, but I want long hair so bad!
  5. Save money. For what? I don't know! Just to have backup money. Ya know?
